This Service Portfolio encompasses the full scope of the planning and execution of your wedding experience providing you with open access to your coordinator throughout the planning process.

With this Service Portfolio you receive:

Budget Development & Tracking – Defining each area of expense (e.g., photographer, florist, etc.) and using your total budget to realistically allocate money to each area. Plus hands-on guidance through your vendor selection process to help you to stay within your price range.

Vendor Selection Process – Suggesting a minimum of three vendors from our Vendor Database that TAYO feels matches your style & budget. Setting up interviews and going over all the terms and conditions of any agreements before you sign them. We can sit in on interviews/meetings at any stage of the negotiations that you feel comfortable with.

Etiquette Advice – Helping you navigate through time honored traditions and the twists of modern family life that will affect your ceremony and reception.

Ceremony & Reception Formatting – Choreographing the ceremony to fully encompass your vision, incorporating the design layout of the ceremony site as well as the flow of the program. For the reception, TAYO will coordinate the timing and flow of events with each contracted vendor to keep the party going smoothly with the style and feel that you desire.

Rehearsal Coordination – Working in conjunction with your officiant to direct the wedding rehearsal and making sure that everyone from the best man to the ring bearer knows and is comfortable with their role and responsibilities.

Wedding Day Management – Coordinating the activities of all the appropriate vendors; directing the ceremony flow and taking care of every detail big or small so that you and your families can focus on your special day. At the reception, TAYO can be there until the scheduled end time to coordinate vendor activities and make sure that the needs of you; your families and guests are met.
