This Service Portfolio incorporates the planning you have already begun with the additional input of TAYO’s expertise and the management of your wedding day. With this Service Portfolio you receive:

Coordination of Client Selected Vendors – Reviewing your previously signed contracts and working to ensure that the specifications are carried out. In addition, TAYO can provide you with recommendations for any vendors not yet selected.

Timeline Assessment – Assessing your current timeline and providing input on how to maximize your time or, if needed, creating a timeline for you picking up where you’ve left off in your planning.

Etiquette Advice – Helping you navigate through time honored traditions and the twists of modern family life that will affect your ceremony and reception.

Rehearsal Coordination – Working in conjunction with your officiant to direct the wedding rehearsal to make sure that everyone from the best man to the ring bearer knows and is comfortable with their role and responsibilities.

Wedding Day Management – Coordinating the activities of all the appropriate vendors on site; directing the ceremony flow and taking care of every detail big or small so that you and your families can focus on your special day. At the reception, TAYO can be there until the scheduled end time to coordinate vendor activities and make sure that the needs of you, your families and guests are met.
